General Policy

By placing an order, you agree to this return policy.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Because this shop operates on a small scale, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the guidelines outlined here.

Giclée Prints

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Prints may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you decide the piece isn’t right for you.

  • To be eligible for a return, prints must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unframed

    • Unmarked

    • Returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns.

  • Refunds are issued once the print is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Prints

  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • In these cases, you will receive a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Apparel (Shirts & Wearables)

  • Apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The item is unworn and unwashed

    • It is in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please place a new order if you need a different size or item.

Original Artwork

  • All original artwork sales are final.

  • Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Schedule & Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped once per week.

  • Please allow adequate time for processing and delivery before requesting a return.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside my control and are not grounds for a refund.
